Yes, we can take that completely off your hands. At Deco Dudes, we are happy to take care of the set-up and take-down of our decorations. For some larger items, such as our red/white inflatable mushrooms, this service is included in the rental price. Transportation costs are always listed separately in the quote, but you can also pick up the materials from our place.
For decorations that need to be hung or installed in a specific way , assembly and disassembly are not included as standard . This is because we often do not know in advance:
how high the object should be placed,
to which it can be attached,
whether there are any resources available, such as a cherry picker.
For these installations we charge an hourly rate of €75,- . Any waiting time or inconvenience during the construction will be charged at €50,- per hour on a post-calculation basis.
Tip: Clearly indicate in advance where and how you want the decor to be placed, and what resources are available on location. This way we keep it smooth, fast and efficient for everyone!
Yes, that is possible – provided that the decor piece is custom-made by us and fits our offer. In that case we can include it in our range and offer it via our platform.
We will then take care of the storage, maintenance and placement . When renting, you will receive an agreed payment per event. We will always coordinate this personally and transparently with you.

Yes, we offer maintenance and repair for set pieces produced through Deco Dudes or in our rental range.
We ensure that our materials remain safe, clean and in top condition. Has something been damaged during use? We will be happy to see if we can repair it quickly and professionally .
For decorations that we have not made ourselves, we will look at each situation to see if repair is possible. Please contact us for this.
